  • Party Cancellation Policy
    We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, particularly when making plans for children. As such we do try to be flexible with our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Once we have taken your details and issued an invoice, we consider a booking to be confirmed. This is regardless of whether the deposit has been paid. We understand that people are busy and sometimes paying a deposit can be forgotten (or internet transactions can sometimes get misdirected) so we do not cancel events if a deposit isn't paid. We would rather turn up to an event than risk not turning up to an event when we are expected. For this reason, if you are cancelling an event you MUST contact TPA CQBattlehouse to cancel your event. If the event is being cancelled more than 14 days prior to the party date, there is no cancellation fee and any deposit that has been paid will be refunded in the manner of a credit towards open play in our arena. If you are calling to cancel after 14 days and but before 48hrs to the party, the deposit will be non-refundable but the balance of the party fee will no longer be owed. Cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice will require full payment. Events that are being rescheduled more than 7 days prior to the event will have no fee for rescheduling. Events that are rescheduled between 7 and 2 days prior to the event may have an additional $50 rescheduling fee charged, depending on the circumstances. Events rescheduled less than 48hr prior to the event may have an additional $100 rescheduling fee charged, depending on the circumstances. ​ E-mailed cancellations and rescheduling requests are not considered valid.   • Can I transfer my booking to another person?
    A member may NOT transfer their membership or booking from one person to another. The booking is made for you and you alone. For information about cancellation, please see our FAQ section. Photo ID Must be presented at time of entry. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian will need to ID cannot be given to or shared with another person in any case. If ID is fraudulently shared with anyone other than the person who purchased the membership, their membership will be terminated and no refund will be provided. You will also forfeit your ability to attend future play opportunities. This policy has been implemented for the safety and fairness of all of our members.
  • Non Discrimination Policy
    TPA CQBattlehouse does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any person on its premises on the basis of race, national origin, ancestry, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, disability, or any other basis protected by law.
  • Do I have to sign a waiver?
    Waivers for everyone attending party, whether playing or not, need to be filled out online one day before party (will accept waiver at party on case by case basis). They will need to be signed by an adult, age 18 and older that is a parent/guardian of said underage person. You can find our waivers posted here on our website under this page or the About tab.
  • How do Gel Blaster parties work?
    TPA CQBattlehouse makes your party planning experience easy! If you're a parent looking to book a party for your child, this is just the place for everyone involved to have a memorable time! The parent role is to make sure all the attendees arrive on time, have their waivers filled out prior to attending and to provide any food and snacks that will be consumed during this portion of your party. We’ll take care of everything else ! An energetic and dedicated member of the TPA CQBattlehouse team will be present to be the master of ceremonies for your event and will make sure each attendee will have a Gel Blaster marker, safety goggles, chest protector, and ammo (Gellets).
  • How long do Gel Blaster parties last?
    Gel Blaster parties are 2 hours long. The average player will shoot approximately 1,500 rounds, which is included in the party time.
  • Do you offer fundraiser opportunities?
    Absolutely! In fact, we encourage organizations seeking to raise funds for a special cause. Churches Animal Rescue Groups Parent Teacher Organizations Boy Scout & Girl Scout Sports Teams + much more Attendees simply need to state their association with your organization and pay the standard individual play rate. At the end of the event, we will run a report and provide your organization with a check for 50% of the proceeds. Contact us for more details by phone 203-909-2030.
